Your real estate closing:

Once your lender has given us the "clear to close", which means all the paperwork and funding is in place and correct, we can schedule your closing.

  • We will make sure you are as prepared as possible before your closing.

What you need to bring to your closing:

  • Valid current photo identification
  • Remaining Lender conditions or documents, if any
  • A bank check payable to Sentinel Title Services for the total amount needed for your closing. Your processor with let you know the exact amount and can provide a breakdown of the cost.
  • Closings can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, please plan accordingly so we may have the time to answer all of your questions.


Once your closing is complete, Sentinel provide you with a copy of your closing packet and all related documentation in a timely manner.
